MANADO, BERITASULUT.CO.ID – Badan Perencanaan, Penelitian dan Pengembangan Daerah (Bapelitbangda) Kota Manado menggelar pertemuan dengan pihak konsultan dan pihak terkait untuk melaksanakan pembahasan Laporan Pendahuluan Masterplan Rumah Susun (Rusun) di Kota Manado, bertempat di Hotel Swissbel Maleosan, Jumat (20/07/2018).
Kepala Bapelitbangda DR Linny Tambajong ST MSi membuka acara dengan menyampaikan beberapa hal yang terkait dengan pembangunan rusun di Kota Manado.
“Bapelitbangda Kota Manado fokus pada Keterpaduan Program Revitalisasi Sungai Tondano. Karena di sepanjang sungai Tondano ini terdapat 10 titik kumuh, sehingga dalam rangka pengurangan kumuh tersebut kita bisa mengambil tindakan untuk membuat rumah susun di beberapa titik, dan nantinya diharapkan bagi tim konsultan untuk mengkaji lagi lokasi akan dibangunnya rusun tersebut,” papar Kaban Linny.
Selain itu dirinya menyampaikan bahwa Pemkot Manado lewat Dinas Perumahan dan Permukiman (Disperkim) telah menyediakan kurang lebih Rp17 Milyar di tahun 2018 ini untuk pembebasan lahan khusus untuk pembangunan rusun.
Beberapa pihak terkait mengeluarkan pendapat-pendapat penting guna mensukseskan Masterplan Rusun tersebut. “Kami mengharapkan agar kiranya Masterplan Pembangunan Rumah Susun ini bisa terlaksana dengan baik demi kemajuan Kota Manado,” ujar Kaban Linny.(*DONWU)
