Wakil Walikota Mor Bastiaan saat mengukuhkan dan mengangkat sejumlah pejabat Rabu (27/02/2019) sore.(foto: donwu-bsci)

MANADO, BERITASULUT.CO.ID – Roling pejabat kembali dilakukan di Pemkot Manado. Kali ini, Walikota DR GS Vicky Lumentut (GSVL) dan Wakil Walikota Mor D Bastiaan SE melakukan pengangkatan dalam Jabatan Pimpinan Tinggi (JPT) Pratama, Administrator dan Pengawas, digelar di Rg Serbaguna Kantor Walikota, Jl Balaikota Tikala, Rabu (27/02/2019) sore.

Dari 128 pejabat yang dikukuhkan dan dilantik, ada 10 Kepala Bidang (Kabid) yang dilantik Wawali Mor Bastiaan pada kesempatan tersebut. Mereka adalah Billy Mandagie SSos sebagai Kabid Informasi dan Komunikasi Publik di Dinas Kominfo, Oktavianus Barahama SSos sebagai Kabid Pembinaan Umum dan Masyarakat di Badan Kesbangpol Dra Paulina Tamara sebagai Kabid Rehabilitasi Sosial di Dinas Sosial-PM, Deki Senduk SH MH sebagai Kabid Penanganan Sosial dan Fakir Miskin di Dinas Sosial-PM

Kemudian Marcos Kairupan ST sebagai Kabid Bina Konstruksi di Dinas PUPR, Alvian Kojansow ST sebagai Kabid Cipta Karya di Dinas PUPR, Victor Karundeng SE sebagai Kabid Ketertiban Umum dan Ketentraman di Satpol-PP, Royke Kalalo SE sebagai Kabid Pencegahan dan Kesiap-siagaan di BPBD, Rike Lukas ST sebagai Kabid Kelautan dan Perikanan di Dinas PKP, dan Olga Krisen SE sebagai Kabid Fasilitas, Pembiayaan dan Simpan Pinjam di Dinas Kop-UKM.

Pejabat lainnya yang juga ikut dilantik dan diangkat, yakni dalam jabatan Sekretaris Kecamatan (Sekcam), adalah Bonix Saweho SE sebagai Sekcam Sario, Deddy Nalle SIP sebagai Sekcam Tikala, Andreas Lende SE sebagai Sekcam Bunaken, Mario Lumi SSTP sebagai Sekcam Bunaken Kepulauan, Steven Mongkau SIP sebagai Sekcam Wenang.

Selain itu juga ikut dilantik sejumlah Lurah, yakni Sandry Mosez SE sebagai Lurah Taas, Stevanus Mangoting SIP sebagai Lurah Wenang Utara, Jumiaty Gue SSos sebagai Lurah Banjer, Mercy Sorongan SH sebagai Lurah Tikala Ares, Arvan Pontorondo SH sebagai Lurah Kima Atas, dan Abraham Talinganen SE sebagai Lurah Alungbanua.

Selain pelantikan Kabid, Sekcam, Kepala Seksi Kecamatan dan Lurah, juga dilakukan pengukuhan pejabat dikarenakan perubahan nama instansi dan nomenklatur instansi.

Jangan jadi bos, tapi jadilah pemimpin

Pada kesempatan itu, Wawali Mor Bastiaan menghimbau pejabat yang dilantik agar langsung beradaptasi dengan jabatan yang baru dan lingkungan kantor yang baru, jika pejabat bersangkutan dari instansi lain.

Yang terpenting adalah membantu Kepala Perangkat Daerah (PD) dalam menjalankan program sesuai dengan misi GSVL-Mor yang bertumpuh pada visi Manado Cerdas. “Jangan jadi bos, tapi jadilah pemimpin. Bedakan bos dan pemimpin,” tegasnya mengingatkan.

Dirinya berharap pejabat yang baru dilantik dapat memberikan spirit baru di tempat yang baru di awal tahun baru 2019 ini. “Jabatan yang baru ini harus jadi semangat yang baru. Jadilah contoh dan teladan bagi bawahan, dan bagi masyarakat secara umum,” ujarnya.

Tak lupa Wawali Mor mengingatkan kembali komitmen 953 yang menjadi panduan kerja ASN Pemkot Manado, dan berpesan agar lebih tahu lagi tupoksi yang ada di Perangkat Daerah (OPD) masing-masing untuk mewujudkan visi Manado Kota Cerdas 2021.

“Saya ingatkan, gunakan energi saudara untuk membangun, melayani masyarakat, membuat program untuk masyarakat. Jangan habiskan energi saudara untuk hal-hal yang tidak penting,” tegasnya.

Profesional kerja, karena jabatan adalah kepercayaan

Wawali Mor menegaskan bahwa jabatan merupakan pemberian kepercayaan dari pimpinan. Sehingga dalam mengemban jabatan, seorang pejabat harus menunjukan loyalitas serta menjadi pemimpin yang baik bagi bawahannya.

“Profesionalisme kerja harus dibangun, karena jabatan yang diberikan semata-mata karena adanya kepercayaan pimpinan. Olehnya, bekerjalah dengan baik dan professional, jadilah pemimpin yang mampu bekerja dan menjadi teladan bagi bawahannya. Pemimpin yang baik memahami kelebihan dan kekurangan, profesional dalam tugas dan kerja, Mari, jalanilah tugas dengan sebaik-baiknya,” ujarnya.

Dirinya berharap, kedepan dalam menghadapi globalisasi dan jaman milenial, semua bisa bekerja dengan baik. “Lakukan perubahan kinerja, pertajam kekompakan bersama dalam melaksanakan tugas tanggung jawab yang dibebankan,” tegasnya.

Sejumlah pejabat hadir menyaksikan pelantikan tersebut, antara lain Assisten I Drs Heri Saptono, Assisten II dr Robby Mottoh, Assisten III Frans Mawitjere SH, serta sejumlah pejabat lainnya.(*/LIPSUS)
