Bagian Pemhumas masuk zona biru, Kabag Steven enggan berpuas diri

Usai rapat EPRA T-III 2018, Kabag Pemhumas Steven Runtuwene saat menandatangani pakta integritas perangkat daerah, disaksikan Wakil Walikota Mor Bastiaan.

MANADO, BRITASULUT.CO.ID – Penyerapan anggaran, realisasi fisik dan target Bagian Pemerintahan dan Humas (Pemhumas) Setda Kota Manado di Triwulan III tahun 2018 berjalan ini masuk kategori biru atau baik.

Hal ini terungkap dalam rapat Evaluasi dan Pengawasan Realisasi Anggaran (EPRA) Triwulan III Tahun Anggaran 2018, yang digelar di ruang Serbaguna Lt.2 Kantor Walikota Manado, Jl Balaikota Tikala, Rabu 17 Oktober 2018 siang.

Kegiatan ini dibuka Walikota DR Ir GS Vicky Lumentut SH MSi DEA, didampingi Wakil Walikota Mor Dominus Bastiaan SE dan Penjabat Sekda Kota Manado Peter KB Assa ST MSc PhD. Sementara pesertanya yakni para kepala Perangkat Daerah (PD) dan para Camat.

Dalam laporan Kepala Badan Pengelolahan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Johnli Tamaka SE, menyebutkan bahwa ada 8 perangkat daerah (PD) yang masuk kategori biru atau baik dalam realisasi fisik dan target, salah satunya Bagian Pemhumas.

Kabag Pemhumas Steven Runtuwene SSos yang dimintai keterangan mengatakan bahwa penilaian ini jangan dijadikan sebuah kepuasan diri, tetapi dijadikan pijakan agar terus melakukan inovasi dan perbaikan dalam realisasi fisik dan target sesuai dengan program yang dijalankan.

“Masuk kategori zona biru atau baik, pasti kita senang. Tapi saya minta pada jajaran saya agar evaluasi dan penilaian ini jangan kita berpuas diri. Karena di tahun anggaran ini masih ada dua bulan kedepan. Kita terus berbenah supaya di Triwulan IV nantinya, Bagian Pemhumas juga masuk zona biru,” ujar birokrat muda low profile ini.

Terkait saran dari Walikota GSVL agar perangkat daerah yang masih berada di zona hijau apalagi zona merah, agar berkomunikasi dan ‘belajar’ di perangkat daerah yang dapat zona biru, Kabag Steven pun menyambutnya dengan baik.

Diketahui, Walikota GSVL menegaskan bahwa perangkat daerah yang berada pada zona merah harus ada perhatian khusus, dan yang berada di zona biru bertugas membimbing perangkat daerah yang masuk pada zona merah agar menuju zona hijau, karena tenggang waktu tinggal dua bulan lagi.

“Buat tim percepatan agar tidak terlalu jauh ketinggalan bagi yang lain, walaupun yang zona merah berpacu, namun jangan mengabaikan dan meninggalkan aturan yang ada, sehingga menimbulkan masalah hukum kedepannya,” pesan Walikota sekaligus memotivasi para perangkat daerah.(DONWU)
