Walikota GSVL: 2018 introspeksi, 2019 kinerja harus lebih baik
Jabat tangan ASN-THL Pemkot Manado dengan Walikota GS Vicky Lumentut usai apel perdana 2019.
MANADO, BERITASULUT.CO.ID – Walikota Manado DR GS Vicky Lumentut (GSVL) memimpin langsung apel perdana tahun 2019 Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dan Tenaga Harian Lepas (THL) Pemkot Manado, di lapangan Sparta Tikala, Kamis (03/01/2019) pagi.
Dalam sambutannya, Walikota GSVL mengatakan bahwa berganti tahun adalah hal yang biasa, namun apa yang telah dicapai tahun 2018 dan bagaimana mengisi tahun 2019 menjadi bahan evaluasi, introspeksi dan koreksi serta refleksi dan acuan mencapai kinerja yang lebih baik.
“Momentum pergantian tahun merupakan titik evaluasi, introspeksi dan koreksi terhadap kaleidoskop pencapaian kinerja kita pada tahun sebelumnya, sebagai bahan refleksi dan acuan kita untuk melangkah di tahun 2019 dengan optimisme yang tinggi dalam mencapai kinerja yang lebih baik,” ujarnya.
Mencermati rekam jejak perjalanan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan sepanjang tahun 2018, ada 21 penghargaan dan prestasi yang ditorehkan Pemkot Manado dari target 18 penghargaan. Meski demikian, dirinya tidak menargetkan lebih dari 21 penghargaan pada tahun 2019 ini.
“Saya tidak ingin muluk-muluk menargetkan jumlah penghargaan yang kita akan raih tahun 2019. Jika tahun 2017 target 17 penghargaan, tahun 2018 ditargetkan 18 penghargaan, tahun 2019 ini kita targetkan 19 penghargaan, kalau dapat lebih dari 19 itulah kerja keras kita bersama,” kata dia.
Kemudia Walikota GSVL berujar tentang keberhasilan Pemkot Manado meraih opini Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian (WTP) atas Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah (LKPD) tahun 2017 serta meraih predikat BB atas Laporan Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (LAKIP) Kota Manado tahun 2017.
“Penghargaan memang bukanlah tujuan utama penyelenggaraan pemerintahan, tetapi penghargaan bisa menjadi bahan evaluasi kinerja pemerintah serta sebagai penanda jika pelaksanaan pemerintahan berjalan on the track, dan menjadi motivasi bagi kita untuk mencapai hasil yang lebih baik lagi dimasa yang akan datang,” tukasnya.
Di akhir apel Walikota GSVL juga menyerahkan Surat Keputusan (SK) kenaikan pangkat dan SK pensiun kepada sejumlah ASN Pemkot Manado.(DONWU)
