Kantor PTUN Jakarta.
JAKARTA, BERITASULUT.CO.ID – Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara (PTUN) Jakarta dalam sidang yang digelar Kamis (12/9/2019) akhirnya menolak gugatan yang dilayangkan Pelopor Angkatan Muda Indonesia (PAMI) kepada Menteri Riset Teknologi dan Perguruan Tinggi (Menristekdikti), yang mempermasalahkan Julyeta PA Runtuwene sebagai Rektor Universitas Negeri Manado (UNIMA).
Dalam sidang terbuka untuk umum yang dipimpin Ketua Majelis Hakim Nelvy Christin, menolak atau tidak meterima gugatan PAMI. Putusan itu bernomor 6/P/FP/2019/PTUN-JKT, berdasarkan permohonan dari Ketua Umum PAMI Fredy J Rumengan sebagai Pemohon terhadap Menristekdikti sebagai Termohon, karena dianggap tidak menindaklanjuti rekomendasi Ombudsman RI (ORI) terkit mal-administrasi Pemilihan Rektor UNiMA tahun 2016.
Diketahui, permohonan PAMI diajukan pada 16 Agustus 2019 lalu. Pemohon keberatan atas tidak ditindaklanjutinya rekomendasi ORI Nomor 0001/REK/0834.2016/V/2018 tanggal 31 Mei 2018 sebagai hasil/keputusan hukum dari laporan Pemohon di ORI.
Menanggapi hasil putusan PTUN Jakarta tersebut, Ketua Alumni IKIP/UNIMA di Jakarta, Donny Tampemawa sudah prediksi sejak awal bahwa permohonan PAMI akan ditolak.
“Sejak awal kami berprediksi bahwa gugatan PAMI pasti ditolak, karena bukan berdasarkan fakta hukum, tapi berdasarkan asumsi semata. Mereka berasumsi rekomendasi ORI dapat dijadikan landasan hukum untuk membatalkan hak perdata seseorang, padahal rekomendasi ORI semata-mata dimaksudkan untuk perbaikan atau penyempurnaan mekanisme pelayanan publik jika ada temuan, tetapi tidak dapat membatalkan suatu kebijakan atau keputusan yang secara materil tidak bermasalah. Sebab objek ORI adalah hukum formil (mekanisme) administrasi, bukan hukum materil,” ujar Tampemawa.(DONWU)

Hello, I think your blog might be having browser compatibility issues. When I look at your website in Firefox, it looks fine but when opening in Internet Explorer, it has some overlapping. I just wanted to give you a quick heads up! Other then that, fantastic blog!
When I originally commented I clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox now when a comment is added I buy four emails with the same comment. Possibly there is that is it is possible to get rid of me from that service? Thanks!
