JAKARTA, BERITASULUT.CO.ID – Pelaksanaan Rapat Kerja Nasional (Rakernas) Asosiasi Pemerintah Kota Seluruh Indonesia (APEKSI) tahun 2019, akan digelar di Kota Semarang, Jawa Tengah, 2-5 Juli mendatang.
Berbagai persiapan terus dilakukan Pengurus APEKSI dan panitia. Terbaru, Kamis (16/05/2019), APEKSI melakukam audiena dengan Mendagri Tjahjo Kumolo, di Kantor Kemendagri, Jln Merdeka Utara, Jakarta Pusat.
Walikota Manado DR GS Vicky Lumentut (GSVL) selaku Ketua Dewan Pengawas APEKSI periode 2016-2020, dipercaya memimpin audiens oleh para Walikota se-Indonesia yang hadir.
Turut mendampingi Walikota GSVL, antara lain Ketua Dewan Pengurus APEKSI periode 2016-2020 Airin Rachmy Diani yang juga Walikota Tangerang Selatan, Walikota Semarang Hendrar Priadi, serta serta sejumlah Walikota lainnya.
Suasana akrab tercipta saat audiens bersama Mendagri yang dihelar di Ruang Rapat Kantor Kemendagri. Banyak hal yang dibicarakan dalam rapat tersebut, yang Intinya melaporkan kesiapan Pemkot Semarang sebagai tuan rumah.
“Pak Mendagri menyambut baik acara ini, dan menyampaikan akan hadir bersama dua Menteri lainnya di Semarang nantinya,” ujar Walikota GSVL.
Ketua Dewan Pengurus APEKSI periode 2012-2016 ini menyampaikan tema Rakernas APEKSI tahun 2019 ini yakni penguatan alokasi anggaran Pemerintah Daerah untuk mendukung profesionalitas aparatur dan kemandirian daerah.
“Ini hasil kesepakatan bersama dalam rapat beberapa waktu lalu,” ujar Walikota GSVL.
Diketahui, dipilihnya Kota Semarang sebagai tuan rumah Rakernas APEKSI 2019 ini menjadi pengganti Kota Palu, Sulawesi Tengah. Rakernas pada akhirnya dipindahkan ke Semarang karena Palu masih dalam proses pemulihan pasca bencana alam tsunami yang terjadi akhir September 2018 lalu.(DONWU)
