MANADO, BERITASULUT.CO.ID – Sebanyak 11 Lurah baru bersama 16 Kepala Bidang, 2 Sekretaris Kecamatan (Sekcam) dan 91 pejabat eselon IV Pemkot Manado, telah dilantik Wakil Walikota Mor Dominus Bastiaan SE atas nama Walikota DR Ir GS Vicky Lumentut SH MSi DEA, dalam acara pemberhentian dan pengangkatan Pejabat Pengawas dan Pejabat Administrator di lingkungan Pemkot Manado, yang digelar di Ruang Serbaguna Lt.2 Kantor Walikota Manado, Kamis 13 September 2018 sore.
Pada pelantikan dan pengambilan sumpah tersebut, sejumlah pejabat ada yang promosi ke eselon III dan ada juga yang dimutasi atau ditugaskan ke instansi lainnya. Misalnya Drs Ibrahim Sumampouw SSos MSi atau Ivan, yang sebelumnya sebagai Pelaksana di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Dukcapil) dipindah-tugaskan sebagai Kepala Bidang Penilaian Kinerja Aparatur dan Penghargaan di Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (BKPP).
Kemudian ada nama Otniel Tewal SS MM, yang sebelumnya menjabat Kepala Bidang Mutasi dan Promosi di BKPP, dipindah-tugaskan sebagai Kepala Bidang Pelatihan dan Produktivitas di Dinas Tenaga Kerja (Disnaker). Adapun jabatan yang ditinggalkan Tewal, diisi Prely Mamuaja SH yang sebelumnya menjabat Kepala Bidang Kualitas Hidup Perempuan dan Kualitas Keluarga di Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (DP3A).
Selain ketiganya, masih ada pejabat lainnya yan ikut dilantik sebagai Kepala Bidang (lihat tabel). Mereka dilantik berdasarkan SK Walikota Nomor 821.3/BKD/SK/06/2018 tanggal 13 September 2018.
Kepada yang dilantik, Walikota GSVL melalui Wawali Mor menegaskan bahwa jabatan merupakan pemberian kepercayaan dari pimpinan. Sehingga dalam mengemban jabatan, seorang pejabat harus menunjukan loyalitas serta menjadi pemimpin yang baik bagi bawahannya.
“Profesionalisme kerja harus dibangun, karena jabatan yang diberikan semata-mata karena adanya kepercayaan pimpinan. Olehnya, bekerjalah dengan baik dan professional, jadilah pemimpin yang mampu bekerja dan menjadi teladan bagi bawahannya. Pemimpin yang baik memahami kelebihan dan kekurangan, profesional dalam tugas dan kerja, Mari, jalanilah tugas dengan sebaik-baiknya,” tegas Wakil Walikota, Mor Bastiaan.(DONWU)
