MANADO, BRITASULUT.CO.ID – Pemerintah Kota Manado Rabu 17 Oktober 2018 siang tadi menggelar rapat Evaluasi dan Pengawasan Realisasi Anggaran (EPRA) Triwulan III Tahun Anggaran 2018, di ruang Serbaguna Lt.2 Kantor Walikota Manado, Jl Balaikota Tikala.
Kegiatan ini dibuka Walikota DR Ir GS Vicky Lumentut SH MSi DEA, didampingi Wakil Walikota Mor Dominus Bastiaan SE dan Penjabat Sekda Kota Manado Peter KB Assa ST MSc PhD. Sementara pesertanya yakni para kepala Perangkat Daerah (PD) dan para Camat.
Kepala Badan Pengelolahan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Pemkot Manado Johnli Tamaka SE mengungkapkan, dari beberapa PD di Pemkot Manado, hanya 8 PD yang masuk zona biru atau zona aman, kemudian 4 PD berada pada zona hijau, dan 9 PD pada zona orange. Sedangkan PD lainnya masuk zona merah meskipun persentase realisasi keuangan di atas 60 persen.
“Sesuai kalkulasi laporan EPRA Triwulan III, disimpulkan bahwa realisasi fisik dan target tidak terlalu jauh capaiannya untuk Pemerintah Kota Manado, walaupun bisa dilihat deviasi keuangan yang masuk pada zona biru sangat sedikit hanya delapan Perangkat Daerah, dan dominan berada di zona merah, namun persentasinya cukup baik yaitu di atas 60 persen,” ungkap Tamaka.
Adapun PD yang masuk zona biru atau baik yakni Inspektorat, Sekretariat DPRD, Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja, Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran, Bagian Umum, Bagian Pemerintahan dan Humas, Kecamatan Mapanget, dan Kecamatan Wenang.
Sementara itu, Walikota GSVL mengingatkan Perangkat Daerah yang capaian realisasi keuangan dan fisik terendah atau berada pada zona merah agar tidak terburu-buru mengejar ketertinggalan, sehingga tidak menimbulkan persoalan hukum di kemudian hari. Apalagi, tenggat waktu tahun anggaran 2018 ini tinggal dua bulan lagi.(DONWU)
