Petugas Dishub saat akan menderek kendaraan yang diparkir sembarangan.
MANADO, BERITASULUT.CO.ID – Untuk melakukan penindakan terhadap pengendara yang parkir kendaraan di sembarangan tempat atau parkir tidak pada tempatnya, sehingga mengakibatkan kemacetan lalu lintas, maka Dinas Perhubungan (Dishub) Kota Manado mengingatkan kembali warga soal Peraturan Walikota (Perwako) Nomor 4 Tahun 2018 tentang Penataan dan Penindakan Parkir di Kota Manado.
Dalam berbagai kesempatan, instansi yang kini dipimpin Michael Tandirerung AP MSi sebagai kepala dinas, mengajak masyarakat Manado untuk tertib berlalu lintas sehingga tidak dikenakan sanksi sesuai aturan yang berlaku.
“Perwal Nomor 4 Tahun 2018 tersebut dengan tegas mengatur tentang parkir di Kota Manado. apalagi pelangggaran parkir menjadi salah satu penyebab kemacetan di Kota Manado,” ujar Kadis Tandirerung melalui Sekretaris Dishub Manado, Moody Monareh SSos.
Adapun penegakan hukum terhadap pelanggaran parkir tersebut berupa dimulai dari tahapan penggembosan ban (cabut pentil), kemudian penguncian roda (gembok ban), selanjutnya penempelan sticker, dan tindakan pemindahan kendaraan (penderekan mobil atau pengangkutan sepeda motor).
Adapun jenis pelanggaran parkir yang akan ditindak di antaranya, kendaraan yang parkir diatas trotoar, kendaraan yang parkir pada ruas jalan yang terdapat rambu larangan parkir, kendaran yang parkir tidak sesuai dengan marka parkir, kendaraan yang parkir pada ruas jalan yang tidak ada marka parkir atau rambu larangan parkir, namun menggangu kelancaran arus lalu lintas dan menyebabkan kemacetan.
Kemudian kendaraan yang parkir dengan radius maksimal 25 meter dari persimpangan jalan yang dilengkapi dengan lampu lalu lintas, serta kendaraan yang parkir sepanjang 6 meter sebelum dan sesudah tempat penyeberangan pejalan kaki/zebra cross.
“Kami berharap seluruh warga masyarakat Manado, demi kenyamanan kita sebagai pengguna jalan, mari jadikan tertib berlalu lintas sebagai gaya hidup bersama untuk Manado Cerdas,” ajak Monareh.(DONWU)
