Bahkan Walikota Manado DR GS Vicky Lumentut (GSVL) memberikan support dan apresiasi terhadap rancangan proyek perubahan tersebut karena untuk kepentingan besar Kota Manado kedepannya.
Dijelaskannya, PANADA LINI ini adalah suatu model SPP yang tersistem sebagai alat untuk mengukur penyediaan layanan perkotaan, apakah sudah bisa dikategorikan sebagai Kota Layak Huni.
“Ada 4 standar dan 29 pelayanan perkotaan akan diformulasikan dalam portal big data, dipetakan penyebaran infrastrukturnya dan dianalisis,” ujar Kaban Liny.
Hasil analisis SPP, lanjutnya, akan menghasilkan SPP manakah yang masih ada gap. Misalnya, pemenuhan air minum baru 67% yang terlayani, maka masih ada 33% yang harus dipenuhi oleh kota untuk pemenuhan pelayanan. Dimana saja yang belum terlayani, bisa dilihat dalam Aplikasi PANADA.
“Di PANADA LINI nantinya bisa dilihat berapa kebutuhan untuk Kota Manado dan berapa yang sudah terlayani. Sehingga pengusulan kegiatan perangkat daerah tepat sasaran,” jekas Kaban Liny.(DONWU)
