MANADO, BERITASULUT.CO.ID – Tim Gerakan Masyarakat Pintar dan Taat Aturan (Gempita) Pemkot Manado, Senin 12 November 2018 sore melakukan audiens dengan Sekda Kota Manado Micler CS Lakat SH MH, di ruang rapat Sekda, Kantor Walikota Manado, Jalan Balaikota Tikala.
Audiens yang dipimpin langsung Ketua Pengarah Drs Hans Tinangon MSc yang juga Inspektur, dan Sekretaris Pengarah Steven Runtuwene SSos yang juga Kabag Pemerintahan dan Humas, menghasilkan beberapa masukan dan pesan dari Sekda Micler Lakat.
Di antaranya yakni soal disiplin Kepala Perangkat Daerah dan para Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN), baik Pegawai Negeri Sipil (ASN) maupun Tenaga Harian Lepas (THL) di lingkup Pemkot Manado.
“Sidak yang dilakukan Tim Gempita sejauh ini sudah baik, tapi perlu ditingkatkan. Ingat para pegawai, tim sidak bukan untuk menakut-nakuti, tapi untuk mendisiplinkan pegawai yang tidak disiplin dalam kerja,” tegas Sekda Lakat.
Untuk itu dirinya berharap Tim Gempita terus meningkatkan tugas yang telah diembankan Walikota DR Ir GS Vicky Lumentut SH MSi DEA dan Wakil Walikota Mor Bastiaan SE.
“Maju terus Tim Gempita. Terus ditingkatkan tugas sidaknya. Tiap tahun harus bikin gerakan perubahan untuk pegawai Pemkot Manado. Apalagi pesan Pak Walikota, kita harus bergerak cepat (mendisiplinkan pegawai),” ujar Sekda Lakat.
Salah satu gerakan perubahan yang perlu didisiplinkan kepada pegawai, khususnya kepada pejabat adalah soal kejujuran dalam memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat.
“Contohnya yang harus dicermati adalah bahasa pamong. Kadangkala bilang ada ‘turun lapangan’, tapi tidak tahu ‘lapangan’ yang mana. Bahasa-bahasa pamong itu biasanya ditemukan di Kecamatan atau Kelurahan. Makanya dicek kebenarannya, apakah betul ‘turun lapangan’ atau justru ke tempat lain,” tegas mantan Asisten I bidang Pemerintahan dan Kesra ini.
Dan pesan lain untuk Tim Gempita, dalam melakukan sidak, harus dilakukan pagi dan sore.
“Sidak disarankan jangan cuma pagi, tapi juga sore usai makan siang sampai jam pulang kantor,” tandas pejabat senior Pemkot Manado yang belum lama dilantik menjadi Sekda Kota Manado ini.(DONWU)
