Akademisi UNIMA, DR (c) Lesza Leonardo Lombok SH LLM. 

MANADO, BERITASULUT.CO.ID – Peristiwa yang dialami Anggota DPRD Provinsi Sulawesi Utara yang juga Calon Anggota DPR-RI Felly E Runtuwene (FER) di Kampus UNIMA, saat di acara pembekalan KKN beberapa hari lalu, ditanggapi salah satu pakar hukum UNIMA DR (c) Lesza Leonardo Lombok SH LLM.

Dikatakannya, peristiwa itu merupakan hal yang harus didudukan secara proporsional dan faktual.

“Secara faktual, UNIMA adalah lembaga pendidikan yang didalamnya mendidik mahasiswanya dengan beragam pendidikan, yang salah satu pendidikan utamanya adalah kewiraswastaan,” ujarnya, Minggu (03/02/2019).

Di sisi lain, lanjut Lombok, keberadaan FER sebagai salah satu tokoh wiraswasta di Sulawesi Utara dipandang sebagai sumbangsih yang mencerahkan pendidikan kewirausahaan bagi mahasiswa UNIMA.

“Oleh karena itu kehadiran Ibu Felly Runtuwene sebagai narasumber kegiatan KKN adalah sesuatu hal yang justru sangat diperlukan,” tukasnya.

Lebih lanjut, terkait adanya dugaan kampanye yang dilontarkan beberapa pihak yang tidak bertanggungjawab kepada yang bersangkutan, akademisi muda UNIMA ini mengemukakan bahwa secara hukum peristiwa tersebut tidak dapat serta merta dipertanggungjawabkan kepada yang bersangkutan.

“UNIMA adalah lembaga terhormat yang menjunjung tinggi berbagai peraturan pendidikan, termasuk larangan adanya kegiatan kampanye Pemilu di dalam lingkungan kampus. Menuduh yang bersangkutan melakukan kampanye di UNIMA sama saja dengan menyepelekan keseriusan UNIMA dalam menegakkan peraturan Pemilu,” tegas Lombok.

Ia pun menduga bahwa ada pihak-pihak tertentu yang tidak bertanggungjawab yang memang telah siaga untuk menggunakan momen-momen seperti ini untuk menjatuhkan baik sosok FER maupun UNIMA itu sendiri.

“Apabila yang dipersalahkan di peristiwa di UNIMA tersebut adalah yang bersangkutan (FER, red), maka akan sangat mudah untuk mengikutsertakan atau menjebak pihak lain juga, dalam hal ini pihak UNIMA sendiri. Apabila benar ini merupakan rekayasa pihak tertentu, merupakan hal yang sangat tidak etis untuk langsung menuduh yang bersangkutan. Ini dikarenakan UNIMA berkeyakinan bahwa ibu Felly Runtuwene sangat mengerti dengan posisi UNIMA sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang harus bebas dari situasi kampanye Pemilu,” kata kandidat Doktor HUKUM Universitas Gajah Mada ini.

Lombok pun berharap keadaan ini jangan dipolitisir, sekaligus membantah kalau UNIMA terlibat politik praktis. Bahkan sikap Rektor Prof Dr Ir Julyeta PA Lumentut-Runtuwene MS sudah tentu sangat jelas, bahwa perguruan tinggi harus tetap pada kiprah Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi.

“Menghadirkan tokoh akademik dan praktisi antara lain ibu Felly sebagai wiraswasta sukses tentu dibutuhkan oleh mahasiswa yang akan ber KKN, dan siapapun bisa saja dihadirkan oleh UNIMA apabila sesuai dengan kriteria yang dibutuhkan,” tandas Lombok.

Seperti yang diketahui FER diundang membawa materi wirausaha di pembekalan mahasiswa KKN UNIMA. Di saat itu tanpa sepengetahuannya dibagikan jam dinding, pulpen yang ternyata memuat konten FER sebagai calon DPR RI, harusnya yang terbagi ialah door prize yang tidak terdapat atribut alias polos. Pembagian door prize tersebut pun hanya sekitar 17 dari sekitar 2000 orang mahasiswa KKN Unima yang hadir.(DONWU)
