MANADO, BERITASULUT.CO.ID – Rolling pejabat di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Manado kembali dilakukan Jumat (30/8/2019) malam.
Setidaknya ada 262 pejabat yang dilantik dan diambil sumpah oleh Wakil Walikota Mor D Bastiaan SE mewakili Walikota DR GS Vicky Lumentut (GSVL), yakni dalam jabatan Administrator, Pengawas, dan Kepala Sekolah (Kepsek) SD dan SMP.
Kepada yang dilantik dan diambil sumpah, Wawali Mor memastikan bahwa di antara mereka pasti ada yang senang dan ada juga yang tidak senang dengan tugas dan jabatan yang baru.
“Saya yakin, dari ratusan yang dilantik ini, ada yang senang dan ada yang tidak senang. Saya kira itu hal yang biasa,” sindir Wawali Mor.
Namun, baik yang senang maupun yang tidak senang, agar bekerja dengan baik karena jabatan ini adalah anugerah dan berkat.
“Yang kami minta adalah bekerjalah dwngn jabatan itu, karena itu anugerah dan berkat dar Tuhan. Terimalah dengan sukacita, supaya pekerjaan yang akan dijalankan nanti akan berjalan dengan sukacita,” tukas Wawali Mor.
Dia juga mengingatkan agar bisa menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawab dengan benar, menyesuaikan dengan lingkungan kerja yang baru, serta mampu berinovasi untuk mencapai visi Manado Kota Cerdas tahun 2021.
“Pejabat yang baru harus langsung beradaptasi dengan rekan kerja yang baru. Menjadi teladan, dan harus terus berinovasi,” ujarnya.
Tak lupa dirinya mengingatkan soal dasar dan landasan kinerja Pemkot Manado, yakni Komitmen 953. Komitmen ini terdiri dari “Sembilan Paham” kemudian “Lima Siap” dan “Tiga Semangat”, yang dijabarkan dalam kinerja.
Dalam pelantikan tersebut, Wawali Mor didampingi para Asisten, Kepala Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan SDM, serta sejumlah pejabat lainnya.(DONWU)
