JAKARTA, BERITASULUT.CO.ID – Direktur Utama (Dirut) Perusahan Daerah (PD) Pasar Manado Stenly Suwuh SE, didampingi Ketua Badan Pengawas (Banwas) PD Pasar Manado Max Bawotong SH, dan Kepala Bagian Umum PD Pasar Manado Brilliant Charles, mengikuti Rakornas Keuangan Daerah Tahun 2019, yang diselenggarakan Kemendagri, bertempat di Hotel Grand Paragon Jakarta, Rabu (28/8/2019) pekan lalu.
Kegiatan bertemakan ‘Penguatan BUMD (Badan Usaha Milik Daerah) dalam meningkatkan pelayanan publik sesuai tata kelola yang baik’, bertujuan mewujudkan pemantapan komitmen, tertib dan kualitas pengelolaan keuangan daerah yang bersinergi mendukung sinkronisasi kebijakan pemerintah daerah, dengan kebijakan pemerintah pusat. Rapat diikuti oleh unsur pejabat daerah, Direksi dan Badan Pengawas BUMD se-Indonesia.
Dirut PD Pasar Manado Stenly Suwuh, mengapresiasi atas dilaksanakannya Rakornas Keuangan Daerah Tahun 2019 tersebut.
Menurutnya, kegiatan tersebut sangat bermanfaat bagi kemajuan PD Pasar Manado, dalam memberikan pelayanan publik sesuai tata kelola perusahan yang baik.
“Kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat demi kemajuan PD pasar Manado kedepan, menuju good corporate governance,” tandas Suwuh.
Sebelumnya, Sekretaris Ditjen Bina Keuangan Daerah Kemendagri, Agus Fatoni mengatakan, tujuan digelarnya rakornas tersebut untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan BUMD dan membicarakan terkait masalah hingga solusinya.
Sementara Sekjen Kemendagri Hadi Prabowo berharap, melalui kegiatan tersebut dapat menciptakan langkah-langkah kedepan untuk memajukan BUMD.
“Karena saat ini, keuntungan daripada BUMD belum cukup memuaskan,” ujarnya.
Dinilainya, Penataan BUMD perlu perlu dilakukan agar dapat menjadi sumber aset pendapatan daerah. Salah satunya kata Hadi, terkait sistem perekrutan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang harus berdasar atas kompetensi.
“Tinggalkan pola lama, lakukan perekrutan SDM berdasar atas kompetensi. Lakukan secara profesional dan mengacu pada tata kelola perusahaan yang baik dengan prinsip good governance,” ujar Hadi.(DONWU)
