Walikota Manado GS Vicky Lumentut dan Wakil Walikota Mor Bastiaan.

MANADO, BERITASULUT.CO.ID –Tak terasa sudah tahun ketiga kepemimpinan DR GS Vicky Lumentut (GSVL) dan Mor Dominus Bastiaan SE memimpin Kota Manado, sejak dilantik pada 09 Mei 2016 lalu sebagai Walikota dan Wakil Walikota periode 2016-2021.

Dan bagi GSVL, ini merupakan periode kedua dipercayakan rakyat untuk menahkodai Kota Manado. Mensyukuri atas tiga tahun Kepemimpinan tersebut, Pemkot Manado menggelar ibadah syukur bertempat di Aula Serbaguna Kantor Walikota, Senin (13/05/2019) kemarin. Selaku Khadim Pdt DR Hendry Runtuwene STh MSi.

Walikota GS Vicky Lumentut dan Wawali Mor Bastiaan di hadapan Pdt Hendry Runtuwene menyalahkan lilin berangka 3.

Walikota GSVL hadir bersama Ketua TP-PKK Kota Manado Prof DR Julyeta PA Lumentut-Runtuwene MS DEA, pun demikian Wawali Mor hadir bersama Wakil Ketua TP-PKK Kota Manado Imelda Bastiaan-Markus SE. Kemudian Sekda Kota Manado Micler CS Lakat SH MH hadir bersama Ketua Dharma Wanita Kota Manado Anie Lakat-Mailoor SE, serta hadirin yang memenuhi ruangan mengikuti ibadah syukur dengan khusyuk.

Dalam kesempatan yang penuh sukacita tersebut, Walikota GSVL menyampaikan puji syukur kepada Tuhan yang Maha Kuasa, karena dapat mengikuti ibadah syukur 3 tahun kepemimpinan dirinya bersama Wawali Mor. ”Tekad kami masih sama, yakni memberikan pengabdian terbaik untuk melayani Kota Manado, dalam bingkai visi Manado Kota Cerdas 2021,” ujarnya.

Walikota GS Vicky Lumentut bersama Ketua TP-PKK Julyeta PA Lumentut-Runtuwene dan Wawali Mor Bastiaan bersama Wakil Ketua TP-PKK Imelda Bastiaan-Markus akan menyalahkan lilin berangka 3.

Dijelaskannya, begitu banyak hal telah diraih sepanjang 3 tahun ini. Khusus di tahun 2018 sampai kepada hari ini, ada sekian pencapaian yang kita raih bersama. Beberapa yang paling penting yaitu predikat Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian (WTP) dari Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) RI untuk tahun 2018, Predikat BB untuk hasil evaluasi akuntabilitas kinerja instansi pemerintah (SAKIP) tahun 2018, Peringkat I Indeks Kota Cerdas Kategori Sedang, dan tentunya penghargaan Kota Toleran.

Realisasi pendapatan daerah khusus pajak dan retribusi Kota Manado tahun 2016 sebesar Rp.264,77 milyar, tahun 2017 naik menjadi Rp.299,3 milyar, dan angka sementara di tahun 2018 sampai saat ini adalah sebesar Rp.313,4 milyar. “Secara khusus sampaikan ini, karena data ini mencerminkan kinerja pengelolaan pendapatan asli daerah,” ujarnya.

3 Tahun keberhasilan di Kota Manado yang dicapai

Walikota GS Vicky Lumentut saat membawakan sambutan.

Keberhasilan di Kota Manado yang dicapai (sementara menunggu data tahun 2018), adalah sebagai berikut:

– Pertumbuhan Ekonomi tahun 2017 sebesar 6,75%, lebih tinggi daripada angka Nasional sebesar 5,10%, dan Sulut sebesar 6,32%.

– Angka Kemiskinan tahun 2016 sebesar 5,24%, di tahun 2017 sebesar 5,46%, kemudian menurun menjadi 5,38% di tahun 2018, atau terendah di seluruh Kabupaten/Kota di Sulut.

– Angka Pengangguran menurun dari 14,35% di tahun 2015 menjadi 9,35 di tahun 2017.

– Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) naik dari 77,59 di tahun 2016 menjadi 78,05 di tahun 2017, kemudian 78,41 di tahun 2018.

– Angka Harapan Hidup naik dari 71,31 di tahun 2016 menjadi 71,34 di tahun 2017, kemudian 71,52 di tahun 2018.

– Angka Kematian Ibu tahun 2016 sebanyak 7 kasus, turun menjadi 6 kasus di tahun 2017.

– Angka Kematian Bayi tahun 2016 sebanyak 22 kasus turun menjadi 11 kasus di tahun 2017.

– Angka Harapan Lama Sekolah naik dari 13,83 di tahun 2016 menjadi 14,11 tahun 2017, kemudian meningkat menjadi 14,12 tahun 2018.

– Infrastruktur jalan, untuk tahun 2017, jalan wewenang Kota Manado yang terverifikasi sepanjang 616,01 Km atau 80,69% berada dalam kondisi baik.

– Infrastruktur pelayanan publik, Pemkot Manado sedang melanjutkan pembangunan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah, dan pelaksanaan renovasi pasar-pasar tradisional.

Selain keberhasilan itu, sejumlah penghargaan beserta penjabaran data tadi mencerminkan adanya upaya peningkatan reformasi birokrasi demi tata kelola pemerintahan yang lebih efektif, efisien, dan akuntabel.

Sementara penghargaan kota toleran merupakan cerminan akan adanya kerukunan hidup masyarakat Kota Manado, yang sudah teruji dan diakui sebagai panutan bagi daerah-daerah lainnya di Indonesia.

“Kami sadari, bahwa masih banyak hal yang perlu dibenahi bersama. kita tidak boleh lekas berpuas diri dengan prestasi yang sudah diraih,” ujar Walikota GSVL.

Manado menuju penegakan hukum dan reformasi birokrasi secara terintegrasi

Suasana khusyuk ibadah syukur 3 Tahun kepemimpinan Walikota GS Vicky Lumentut dan Wawali Mor Bastiaan.

Salah satu upaya terbaru Pemkot Manado ialah pencanangan zona integritas menuju Wilayah Bebas Korupsi (WBK) dan Wilayah Birokrasi Bersih Melayani (WBBM), bersama peluncuran Aplikasi Sistem Peradilan Pidana Terpadu (Serdadu Cerdas). tujuannya ialah penegakan hukum dan reformasi birokrasi secara terintegrasi, untuk membangun kesadaran akan pentingnya birokrasi bersih.

“Pada akhirnya, mari torang wujudkan Manado cerdas, Manado bersih, Manado rukun, sebagai torang pe Rumah Bersama, rumah bagi kerukunan dalam keberagaman, untuk hidup dan memanusiakan sesama manusia. Tuhan yang maha kuasa memberkati dan menyertai Kota Manado” terang Walikota GSVL.

Tak lupa dirinya menyampaikan banyak terimakasih kepada seluruh masyarakat Kota Manado yang mensupport, baik dukungan maupun saran dan kritikan, yang semuanya itu untuk kepentingan memajukan Kota Manado yang lebih baik. Terimakasih juga disampaikan GSVL kepada DPRD Kota Manado, Forkopimda, Tokoh Agama/Tokoh Masyarakat, jajaran pejabat dan pegawai (ASN-THL), yang telah mendukung dan bekerja sama dalam kegiatan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan dan pembangunan.(LIPSUS)
