Ketua Banwas PD Pasar Manado Max Bawotong dan Dirut PD Pasar Manado Stenly Suwuh.
MANADO, BERITASULUT.CO.ID – Perusahan Daerah (PD) Pasar Manado terus melakukan pembenahan dalam mengoptimalkan pelayanan di pasar maupun wilayah yang dikelola oleh PD Pasar Manado.
Terobosan pun dilakukan Badan Pengawas (Banwas) PD Pasar Manado, kendati belum lama dilantik. Dimana bagi pedagang atau masyarakat yang merasa kurang puas dengan pelayanan PD Pasar, maka Banwas telah menyiapkan nomor telepon pengaduan.
“Kami menerima saran, masukan maupun kritik terkait pelayanan yang kurang maksimal di pasar maupun tempat yang dikelola oleh PD Pasar Manado. Silakan adukan di nomor 085341690456, boleh lewat SMS atau WA (WhatsApp),” ujar Ketua Banwas, Max Bawotong SH.
Dikatakannya, siapa saja bisa melakukan aduan, baik pedagang atau masyarakat yang merasa tidak puas dengan pelayanan saat mengunjungi pasar dan tempat yang dikelola PD Pasar Manado, seperti shoping center, pasar tradisional dan tempat lainnya.
“Dilayani hanya lewat SMS atau WA, dan tidak menerima telepon langsung. Dengan catatan, pengadu harus jelas identitasnya,” tandas Bawotong.
Adapun format pengaduan, yakni nama pelapor sesuai KTP, status apakah pelapor pedagang atau masyarakat. Selanjutnya pasar yang dikunjungi dan isi informasi, berupa saran, masukan, komplain maupun kritik terkait pelayanan.
“Kami juga tidak melayani isu sara. Yang kami layani terkait masukan, saran, kritik terkait pelayanan. Untuk waktu pelayanan, Senin sampai Jumat jam 8 pagi sampai jam 5 sore,” jelas Bawotong.(DONWU)
