Walikota Manado GS Vicky Lumentut saat menerima piagam penghargaan dari Wapres Jusuf Kalla.

JAKARTA, BERITASULUT.CO.ID – Prestasi yang dibayar dengan penghargaan kembali diperoleh Pemerintah Kota Manado di bawah pimpinan Walikota DR GS Vicky Lumentut (GSVL) dan Wakil Walikota Manado Mor D Bastiaan SE.

Adalah inovasi PANADA (Portal Analisis Data Berbasis Peta) masuk Top 45 Inovasi terbaik pelayanan publik yang telah mengikuti Kompetesi Inovasi Pelayan Publik (KIPP) 2019. Ini menjadi bagian dari hasil kerja keras dan kerja cerdas dalam menghadirkan kualitas pelayanan publik guna menjawab harapan rakyat Kota Manado.

Walikota GSVL menerima langsung penghargaan itu dari Wakil Presiden Jusuf Kalla (JK) yang didampingi Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (PANRB) Syafruddin, di Istana Wakil Presiden, Jakarta Pusat, Selasa (15/10/2019) siang.

Deputi Bidang Pelayanan Publik Kementerian PANRB Diah Natalisa menerangkan, Top 45 Inovasi Pelayanan Publik 2019 ini terdiri dari 8 Kementerian (9 Inovasi), 4 Lembaga (4 Inovasi), 1 BUMN (1 Inovasi), 5 Provinsi (5 Inovasi), 16 Kabupaten (17 Inovasi), dan 9 Kota (9 Inovasi).

KIPP merupakan perwujudan gerakan One Agency One Innovation yang digalakkan Kementerian PANRB. Kompetisi yang bisa diikuti oleh seluruh instansi pemerintah ini diselenggarakan sebagai pembinaan inovasi pelayanan publik dalam pelaksanaan reformasi birokrasi. Tujuannya adalah pemberdayaan, pembelajaran, dan pengembangan untuk menyebarluaskan ide kreatif, gagasan, dan terobosan pelayanan publik di Indonesia guna percepatan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik.

Proses kompetisi ini dimulai dari pendaftaran proposal inovasi melalui http://sinovik.menpan.go.id. Tahun ini terekam sebanyak 3.156 proposal yang mendaftar, dan menunjukkan peningkatan dibanding tahun sebelumnya yang hanya 2.824 proposal. Dari hasil desk evaluation, diperoleh Top 99 Inovasi Pelayanan Publik Tahun 2019.

Walikota GSVL menjelaskan, setelah tahap Top 99, dilakukan evaluasi lapangan oleh tim evaluator dan tim panel independen. Dari hasil penilaian lapangan, ditentukan 45 inovasi terbaik yang ditetapkan dengan Keputusan Menteri PANRB Nomor 18/2019 tentang Top 45 Inovasi Pelayanan Publik Tahun 2019.

“Dan Inovasi PANADA Portal Analisis Data berbasis Peta Pemerintah Kota Manado Masuk dalam Top 45 Inovasi Pelayanan Publik, dan memiliki peluang untuk mengikuti kompetisi tingkat dunia yaitu The United Nations Public Service Awards (UNPSA) yang diselenggarakan PBB. Kami hadirkan Inovasi PANADA untuk pelayanan publik supaya semakin efesien dan semakin efektif untuk memenuhi harapan masyarakat Kota Manado,” ujar Walikota Manado dua periode pilihan rakyat ini.(DONWU)
