MANADO, BERITASULUT.CO.ID – Sekda Kota Manado Micler CS Lakat SH MH mewakili Walikota DR GS Vicky Lumentut (GSVL) membuka pelaksanaan Bimbingan Teknis (Bimtek) Pengelolaan Aset Daerah berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 19 Tahun 2016 tentang Pedoman Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah, di ruang pertemuan Hotel Sintesa Peninsula Manado, Selasa 11 Desember 2018 pagi.
Dalam sambutannya, Walikota GSVL melalui Sekda Lakat mengatakan bahwa pengelolaan barang milik daerah sebagai aset daerah adalah tanggung jawab pemerintah daerah yang merupakan amanah dari masyarakat untuk digunakan bagi kepentingan publik.
“Pemerintah Daerah wajib mengelola barang milik Daerah sesuai asas pengelolaan yaitu asas fungsioanal, kepastian hukum, transparansi, efisiensi, akuntabilitas, dan kepastian nilai sehingga harus memanfaatkan secara maksimal dalam koridor dan regulasi,” ujarnya.
Lebih lanjut Walikota mengingatkan kepada peserta Bimtek yang terdiri dari para pejabat barang milik Daerah di lingkungan Pemkot Manado, untuk mengikuti kegiatan dengan baik, serius dan seksama.
“Bagi peserta Bimtek saya mengimbau untuk ikuti Bimtek ini dengan baik, serius, dan seksama serta cermati sampai tuntas. Karena ini bukan hanya kegiatan formalitas semata, tetapi membawa nilai dan manfaat yang besar bagi Pemkot Manado,” tukasnya.
Walikota juga mengajak peserta agar bekerja keras, bekerja cerdas dan bekerja tuntas.
“Mari kita terus bekerja keras, cerdas dan tuntas untuk berupaya melaksanakan pengelolaan aset daerah yang efektif, efisien dan sesuai regulasi. Ini adalah bagian dari akuntabilitas penyelengaraan pemerintahan yang berorientasi pada peningakatan kesejahteraan masyarakat Kota Manado,” ujrnya.
Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan oleh Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Kota Manado, dan dihadiri juga Kepala BPKAD Johnli Tamaka SE.(DONWU)
