MAKASSAR, BERITASULUT.CO.ID – Wakil Walkota Manado Mor Dominus Bastiaan SE mewakili Walikota Manado DR GS Vicky Lumentut (GSVL), menghadiri Rapat Koordinasi Nasional (Rakornas) Bidang Kewaspadaan Nasional dalam rangka Pemantapan Penyelenggaraan Pemilihan Umum (Pemilu) Tahun 2019, yang digelar di Kota Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan, Selasa (12/02/2019) siang.

Kegiatan yang digelar oleh Direktorat Jenderal Politik dan Pemerintahan Umum (Ditjen Polpum) Kemendagri ini, dibuka sekaligus memberi pengarahan oleh Menko Polhukam Dr Wiranto SH yang diwakili Dirjen Polpum Kemendagri, Soedarmo.

Dia mengatakan, sebagaimana amanat pasal 434 Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2017 tentang Pemilihan Umum, dimana pemerintah dan pemerintah daerah wajib memberikan bantuan dan fasilitas untuk kelancaran penyelenggaraan pemilu sebagai upaya pencapaian pemilu yang demokratis.

“Potensi kerawanan Pemilu merupakan suatu tantangan demokrasi. Oleh karena itu pemerintah dan pemerintah daerah bersama dengan aparat keamanan perlu terus bersinergi dalam rangka meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan dan pemantapan guna mensukseskan pemilu serentak Tahun 2019,” ujar Soedarmo.

Kegiatan ini adalah sebagai kegiatan finalisasi dari pemerintah. Pemilu waktunya sudah sangat dekat, tinggal beberapa hari lagi, sehingga pertemuan hari ini adalah pertemuan terakhir bagi seluruh pemangku kepentingan, guna memastikan kesiapan dari masing-masing stakeholder dan pemangku kepentingan yang terkait dengan penyelenggaraan pemilu serentak yang akan diselenggarakan 17 April 2019 mendatang.

Beda pilihan boleh, tapi jangan timbulkan perpecahan

Pada Pemilu 2014 lalu, pemerintah melaksanakan Rakornas secara menyeluruh. Namun pada tahun 2019 ini, pelaksanaan Rakornas dilakukan secara per regional, karena pemerintah ingin menyatukan, menyamakan persepsi dan menampung berbagai persoalan yang mungkin terjadi.

Jadi intinya Rakornas Bidang Kewaspadaan Nasional dalam rangka Pemantapan Penyelenggaraan Pemilu Tahun 2019 ini, pemerintah pusat ingin mendengarkan masing-masing dari seluruh penyelenggara, khususnya bagi aparat keamanan, Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU), juga pemangku kepentingan apa-apa saja yang akan menjadi kendala yang akan dihadapi.

“Dalam pesta demokrasi ini, beda pilihan boleh-boleh, tapi jangan karena beda pilihan itu menimbulkan perpecahan. Perbedaan pilihan kita hanya di dalam bilik suara, setelah itu kita kembali bersama-sama jangan sampai hujat-menghujat dan lain sebagainya, marilah kita laksanakan pemilu pesta demokrasi ini dengan sebaik-baiknya, jangan kita nodai dengan hal-hal yang tidak baik bagi bangsa dan negara ini,” ujar Wawali Mor Bastiaan.

Diharapkan berlangsung iklim demokrasi yang damai

DR Akbar Ali MSi selaku Direktur Kewaspadaan Kemendagri sekaligus Ketua Panitia Penyelenggara Rakornas menyampaikan tujuan yang akan dicapai diharapkan berlangsung iklim demokrasi yang damai dan kondusif serta berkesinambungan. Juga terjalin sinergitas antara pemerintah pusat dan daerah serta seluruh pihak terkait dalam menjalankan tugas.

Adapun pembawa materi masing-masing Dirjen Disdukcapil Kemendagri DR Ir I Gede Surata dengan tema Fasilitas Pemerintah Daerah Dalam Penyelenggaraan Pemilu 2019, Aster TNI Mayjen George Supit tema Peran TNI dalam Mensukseskan Pemilu Serentak 2019, Asops Kapolri Brigjen Rudi Supriyadi tema Potensi Kerawanan dari Perspektif Kepolisian dalam Penyelenggaraan Pemilu 2019.

Kemudian ada BSSN Irjen Pol Dharma Pongrekut dengan tema Potensi Ancaman Cyber dalam Pemilu Serentak, Ketua KPU-RI Arief Budiman dan Ketua Bawaslu RI Abhan yang masing-masing membawa materi tentang Kesiapan dalam Menghadapi Pemilu 2019.

Adapun peserta Rakornas yakni para Gubernur se-Sulawesi, Bupati/Walikota se-Sulawesi, Badan Kesbangpol Provinsi, Kabid Poldagri, Kabid Wasnas, unsur Forkopimda Provinsi dan Kabupaten/Kota.(*/LIPSUS)
